Turkey and Goat Cheese Meatloaf

- 1lb/16oz Ground turkey, 93% lean- 1 packet/730g Shake n Bake Coating, Original- 1/2c Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain- 1 large Egg- 1/4tsp Mrs. Dash Grilling Blends - Chicken flavour (to taste)- dash or 1/4tsp Garlic powder (to taste)- dash or 1/4tsp Onion powder (to taste)- 100g Goat Cheese, Soft, (1/3 of a 300g tube)
Preheat oven to 357 degrees.
Coat a small loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or rub lightly with olive oil.
Combine all ingredients except goat cheese. Add spices to desired taste. Once meat mixture is combined, press out on wax paper in a square shape the width of loaf pan and about 1/4" thick. Press thinner on one side for rolling purpose.
Take goat cheese and form into a roll a little shorter than the length of the loaf pan.
Place goat cheese on the thin end of the pressed out turkey mixture and roll mixture around the roll of goat cheese.
Place large meat and cheese roll into loaf pan.
Roast in pre-heated oven for 35-minutes and then turn oven off but leave meatloaf in the oven for 10-15 minutes more or until thoroughly cooked.
Serves 5 - 3oz portions.
Top with cranberry puree or light marmalade.
