Vegan Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla1/2 Cup Vegetarian Refried Beans1/4 Cup Chopped Onion1 Tbsp. Chopped Green Pepper1 Tbsp. Salsa1/5 Sliced Fresh Avocado1 Tbsp. Tofutti Sour Cream
Directions
Makes 1 Burrito
This is a very quick and easy recipe. It takes only a few minutes to make but is very delicious.

Mix the onion in with the refried beans. Heat in the microwave until hot (about one minute), then stir. Scoop the beans onto the tortilla. Fold the two sides in and then roll from bottom to top.

Top the burrito with the salsa, then the avocado slices, and then with green pepper and additional onion. Serve with (vegan) sour cream.
