1 T Olive oil1/4 cup raw onions1/4 mushrooms5-10 jalapeņo slices1/4 cup egg substituteadd salt/pepper to tastesprinkle chipolte seasoning
Directions
Add 1 T Olive oil to frying pan on medium heat
add 1/4 sliced onions, 1/4 mushrooms and 5-10 jalapeņo slices until brown or caramelized
Add 1/4 egg substitute
add seasoning to taste
