Stuffed Green Pepper Stoup

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef4 cloves garlic, minced1 cup onion, diced3 medium green peppers, diced4 cups chicken broth28 oz crushed tomatoes1 cup uncooked orzo12 basil leaves, shredded or torn
Directions
Brown beef for 5 min, then add garlic, onion, and peppers. Cook 7-8 minutes until tender. Stir in chicken broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Add orzo, cook to al dente; add basil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
