Stewed Chickpeas, Tomatoes, and Spinach

Ingredients
3.5 cups diced tomatoes, drained3.5 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed1-10 oz. bag of fresh spinach.5 cup of champagne wine vinegar3 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in pot, bring to a low boil, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
