0.5 medium fresh banana0.5 cup nonfat milk100 grams (less than 4 oz) low fat plain yoogurt1 Nestle Fitness Cereal Bar (or any other granola bar)
Directions
Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend tilll smooth. Makes 1 serving. Can be agreat breakfast as well as a helthy after a workout snack.
