Ingredients
4 1/2 lb center cut boneless pork chopsKentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour (reg flour seasoned with salt and pepper can be substituted)4 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Coat pork chops liberally in flour, heat oil in pan, fry until chops turn a beautiful golden brown and are cooked all the way through. Enjoy.
