Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
3 cans black beans (rinsed well)2 large tomatoes, chopped1 medium red onion, chopped1/2 Cup olive oil2 TBS lemon or lime juice3 cloves garlic1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped1 tsp salt1 TBS Red wine vinegardash Jalepeno juice (optional)
Directions
Mix all together in a bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

NOTES:
I just divide into 6 equal servings. That's what I based the nutritional info on.
