Cynthia's Blueberry Smoothies
- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
2 pints blueberries1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt1/2 cup ice1/2 cup skim milk or water3 tsp splenda or other sweetener to taste
Blend and enjoy. :) I would crush ice first and then add the water or skim milk, then blueberries and lastly the frozen yogurt. But you get the drift.
It was excellent. The frozen yogurt made it creamy and the blueberries gave it all the flavor of something really decadent... but it wasn't. :)
Makes 6 8-10 oz. servings.
