Chopped Vegetable & Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 cup each of small diced zuccini, summer squash and sweet red pepper1.5 cups black beans1/4 cup of small diced red onion2 Tablespoons of minced cilantrojuice of 2-3 limes2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Combine diced vegees, black beans and cilantro.
Mix together olive oil, lime juice and chili powder.
Dress salad with dressing and enjoy!
