Light Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
6 cups chopped broccoli8 tablespoons on light mayonaise (35 calories per serving)2 1/2 tablespoons real bacon bits (25 calories per serving)1/4 cup reduced sodium shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese3 tablesppons granulated sugar1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons Fage 0% (fat free) greek style yogurtdash garlic powder1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Cut Broccoli into small, bite size peices. Rinse well, set aside.

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, and 3 tablespoons of water. Whisk until free of lumps, then add broccoli. Fold cheeses and bacon bits into the broccoli mixture until well coated.

Makes 6 servings.
