Giada's Turkey Meatloaf with Feta & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Vegetable cooking spray1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley1/4 cup chopped garlic and herb-marinated sun-dried tomatoes2 cloves garlic, minced, optional2 eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten2 tablespoons whole milk1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 pound ground turkey, preferably dark meat

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine all ingredients except the turkey. Once combined, add turkey being careful not to overwork.
Use cooking spray to cover loaf/muffin pan.
Bake for 45 minutes if making a loaf
Bake for 30 minutes if making 12 muffin-sized meatloaves
