Watermelon Salad with Feta and Mint

Ingredients
2 cups of diced or balled watermelon1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1/4 cup chopped green onions1/4 cup mint leaves, chiffonade1 Tbsp lime juice1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Gently toss together all ingredients in a large bowl, using hands to keep from crushing watermelon and cheese. Can be seasoned with salt and pepper if desired. Serve immediately to prevent cheese from getting soggy.
