Barley with Mushrooms, Chives & Parsley

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Pearl Barley 1 Cup Mushroom pieces2 Tbs Chives chopped3 Tbs Flat Leaf Parsley chopped1 Tbs Margarine1/2 tsp Garlic SaltLemon - squeeze
Directions
Cook mushroom pieces in skillet with small amount of EVOO or oil spray. Brown slightly. Set aside to cool.

Prepare Barley per package instructions for 5 servings.

When barley is cooked add cooked mushrooms, chives, parsley, garlic salt and margarine. Stir well.

Just before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice and mix well.
