2 Slices of wheat or mixed grain bread2 large iceberg lettuce leaves.5 cup of Alfalfa sprouts1 medium slice of raw onion1 large slice of red tomato.25 cup of cucumber slices3 tbsp of hummus
Makes 1 sandwhich
Spread the hummus on one slice of bread.
Top with lettuce, sprouts, onion, tomato, and cucumbers.
Cover with other piece of bread and enjoy.
