Banana Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups of Splenda1 cup of egg substitute1 cup applesauce1 stick of butter4 cups of whole wheat flour1 t salt2 t baking soda4 t cinnamon6 med ripe bananas2 t vanilla
Directions
Cream the butter, splenda and applesauce, then add the eggs slowly. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon to the wet mix. Add the vanilla and mash the bananas then fold into the mix. Pour batter into cupcake tins, mini loaf pans, or bread pan. adj baking time from 20-40 minutes
