Quinoa Crunch Casserole

Ingredients
* Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped * *365 Organic Quinoa, 0.75 cup * Egg, fresh, 3 large * Salsa, .25 cup * Hummus, .25 cup * Beans, black, 1.5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease loaf pan.
Stir fry broccoli until begins to brown.
Combine all ingredidents + broccoli. Mix well.
Pour mixture into loaf pan and cook for 40 minutes.
Remove, let cool, and slice.
Top with pasta sauce and enjoy!
