Ingredients
400 g Lean Ground Beef1 C Tomato Sauce2 tbsp BBQ Sauce1 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Onion Powder! tsp Mustard3 packets stevia sweetener8 pieces of Melba Toast
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Crush Melba Toast to fine crumbs
-Combine Crumbs, Beef, 1/2 C tomato sauce, 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 tsp Mustard, and 2 packets stevia. Place in small baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
-Combine remaining ingredients, pour over cooked meatloaf and bake for an additional 20 min.

    Really good! I ran out of time to make meatloaf, so I divided the mixture into 4 patties and cooked it in a non-stick pan on the stove, and spooned the sauce over them. Yum! (also I cheated and added an egg - I figured 1/4 egg per person wouldn't hurt.) - 2/3/13

    I used ground Turkey meat instead of beff.. I only used turkey on my first round of HCG and couldn't get back into beff afterwards.. The bbq gives it a nice taste and thanks for the suggestion of adding crushed garlic. LOVE it!! - 8/22/12

    This is a staple when we're on HCG Ph 2 & 3. Use the Walden Farms BBQ sauce, and add fresh/crushed garlic for an extra kick. It's hard to find, but get the 97/3 ground beef if you can. Once you're on Ph3, try it with ground turkey! - 8/5/12
