Stir fry- spinach, soft cheese and bacon

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves1 inch chopped root ginger3 spring onions1 stalk celery1/2 courgette1/2 pepper2 carrotssoy saucesoft cheese/ boursin
Directions
heat oil
add ginger, garlic and spring onions to soften
add celery and courgette ( all veg finely chopped)
add carrots and peppers
add chilli flakes and soy sauce to flavour
add soft cheese 2 tbsp to make sauce

serve with noodles
