Ingredients
2 Cup1% Milk3 tbsp Butter, salted 1/4 Cup Half and Half Cream1/2 teaspoon Salt1/3 Cup Flour, white
Directions
Makes 9- 1/4 Cup Servings
Melt butter in nonstick pan over medium heat
Whisk in flour cook till bubbly
Whisk in milk and cream and cook for three to five minutes
add salt
