Tropical Granola

Ingredients
3 c. old fashioned oats3 T. brown sugar1 t. cardamom1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut1/4 c. honey or maple syrup3/4 c. applesauce1 t. vanilla extractTropical add-ins: dried mango, dried papaya, dried pineapple, banana chips
Directions
Mix the wet and dry ingredients (not including add-ins) separately. Pour wet indregients into dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 300F until golden and crispy (~30 minutes). Flip with a spatula half way through baking time.
