Ingredients
2 lbs boiled and cubed chicken breast1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup diced celery2 Tbsp diced shallots1 cup dried, sweetened cranberries3/4 cup plain yogurt3 Tbsp white wine vinegar1 Tbsp dried tarragon1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper5 Cedars sundried tomato and basil wraps5 Romaine Lettuce leaves
Directions
toss all ingrediants together in a large bowl (besides wraps and lettuce), serve on wrap with a lettuce leaf
