Corn Pudding

Ingredients
2 tablespoons cornstarch2 eggs1/2 cup splenda1 can evaporated skim milk (12 oz)1 can cream style corn1 can sweet corn, drained*1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Directions
Mix together the evaporated milk and cornstarch. Add eggs and sugar and mix well. Add both cans of corn and mix again. Stir in protein powder if using it. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm. The top should be slightly browned and a knife inserted in center will come out clean.
