Pumpkin Protein Pancake

1/2 cup canned pumpkin1/2 cup fiber one cereal1/3 cup fiber one pancake mix1/4 cup egg substitute (1 medium egg)Splenda, and other seasonings to taste1/2 cup water (milk)1/8 tsp baking powder
Place fiber one into ziploc bag and smash until it is rather smooth. Not a powder but not cereal form. (I use my magic bullet for this step)
Mix Wet ingredients (eggs, water, pumpkin)
Add in dry ingredients and any extra flavor you desire
Cook on a skillet like a normal pancake
Warning: This cannot be substituted into a waffle iron
