Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cup Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, medium (6" dia)
Directions
Wash, dry and chop lettuce. Wash, remove ends, and shred carrots, toss with pumpkin seeds, enjoy~
