Banana Oat Scones

1 Cup bananas1 Cup oatmeal1/4 Cup oat bran1/4 Cup milk (I use soy)2 large egg whites2 Tbsp. canola oil2 tsp. molasses1 tsp. vanilla1 Cup all purpose flour1/4 Cup splenda1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Stir together first 7 ingredients.
3. In large bowl, combine: flour, splenda, baking soda, baking powder, and cream of tartar. Gently combine banana mixture just until moistened.
4. Spoon into scone or muffin cups. MAKES 12.
5. Bake 15 min. or until center springs back when touched.
6. Set about 5 minutes before removing from pan.
