Honey Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped into bite sized pieces. 1 tbsp ginger, finely minced2 tbsp honey1 cup water1 tbsp soy sauce2 cups of snow peas, ends trimmed offgarlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. 1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp plus 1 tsp cornstarch
Mix water and bouillon and boil. Mix corn starch and soy sacue together. Allow broth to cool and add cornstarch/soysauce, ginger, and honey. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook chicken and snow peas until chicken is done and snow peas are tender. Add sauce and heat until thickened.
