Smelled wonderful while baking, I could hardly wait to sample! I substituted applesauce for the oil. Got 40 bars .that are 1-1/4 inch X 2 inch roughly. 68 calories each with 1.7 grams of fat with this one modification. Delicious! - 2/18/11

I'm adding this one to my cookbook! This is what's known as sinfully delicious...So how many pounds am I going to gain by making this for myself (since I live alone)? LOL. Add some ground cloves, even better, and bump up the cinnamon to 1 Tablespoon. Good for blood sugar. - 8/11/10
