Ingredients
1/2 C Oatmeal (not instant - quick is fine)1 Tblsp. Lemon juice1/2 Cup water2 tsp honey1 apple, grated1 banana, sliced1/2 C berries (I like raspberries)2 Tbsp. blanched, sliced almonds1/4 Cup low fat milk
Directions
The evening or an hour before serving, mix first 3 ingredients, cover and refrigerate. This allows the oats to soften.

Just before serving, stir in the honey and grated apple.

Slice the banana into a large bowl and top with the oatmeal mixture. Top this with the almonds, then the berries.

Drizzle all with the milk and enjoy.

This is a huge breakfast for one or a light breakfast for two!
