bisquick oven fried chicken

12 boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins OR 1lb chicken cut into strips or nuggets¼ cup butter milk (or skim milk) ¼ cup Egg Beaters 1 Tbsp salt1 ½ Tbsp onion powder1 ½ Tbsp garlic powder1 tsp paprika2/3 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick
Preheat oven to 350° F. If you have a Silpat mat for baking, place it on a baking sheet. If you don’t have a Silpat mat, spray a cookie sheet with PAM.
Mix buttermilk, egg beaters, & salt together in a shallow bowl.
Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and Bisquick in a shallow bowl.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture….then dredge in Bisquick to form a “crust” coating.
Place coated pieces on the baking sheet. Do not turn chicken while baking. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes (until crust is golden brown).
Tip: If the crust isn't browning as you think it should...spray a little PAM on top of each tenderloin & turn oven on "broil" for a minute or two.
