Sweet & Crunchy Raisin Granola (no sugar added)

Ingredients
Canola oil Spray3 C old fashioned rolled oats1/4 C Whole Wheat Flour1/2 tsp. cinnamonPinch of saltSF maple syrup1 tsp. Vanilla extract1/2 - 1 cup raisinscab also add choc chips, mayb e other dried fruit, nuts lke walnuts or almonds.
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lightly coat baking pan with canola oil spray. In large bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, & salt. In a separate bowl. whisk together the syrup, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the liquid mixture to the oat mixture, stirring well until oats are coated. Spread the granola across the baking sheet. Bake for 30 mins. Remove tray from oven, and sprinkle the granola with the raisins. Using a large spatula, mix the raisins & granola well, breaking up any large pieces. Return it to the oven & continue baking for an additional 20 mins, Allow the granola to cool completely. Store it inan air- tight container in the refridgerator or freeze some for later use.
