Slow Cooker Peaches & Oatmeal

Ingredients
6 peaches, pitted and diced (large chunks)1.5 c old fashioned oats1 c Almond Breeze, Unsweetened Vanilla1 t cinnamon1/2 cup brown sugar (not packed)1/2 t salt1 T butter
Directions
Add all the ingredients except the butter to the slow cooker and cook on low 5 hours or high 2 hours. When done, stir in the butter (DO NOT SKIP THIS). Makes approx 6- 1 cup servings,if you can restrain yourself.

    Very good. Great recipe to make when there is an abundance of peaches. Late summer is great for peaches in New England! Definitely use this one for a dessert! - 8/18/10
