Garlic Lentil Soup

Ingredients
6-8c. water16 oz. bad of lentils, dried1/2 tom. or 15 cherry tomatoes4 garlic cloves1 T. olive oilminced onionspaprika1/2 t. salt3-4c. fresh Olivia's Organics Baby Spinach3 beef bouillion cubes
Directions
Start off by sauteeing the garlic and tomatoes in the olive oil on med. heat. Then add the lentils and bouillion cubes and water. Throw everything else in and bring to a boil. After boiling for 10 mintues, bring to a low heat for about 30-40 minutes until thickened. This is a thick soup. Add water as needed.
