Ingredients
1 package Jennie-O hot italian sausage links, cut into 5ths1 can diced sodium free tomatoes4 large mushrooms diced4 scallions chopped1 bell pepper diced1 jar Gia Russo Hot SIcilian sauce8 oz dry gluten free pasta, cooked4 oz part skim mozzerella shredded.25 cup parmesan grated
Directions
cook sausage and vegetables. Add sauce and diced tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes while cooking pasta according to package directions (then drain). Mix pasta and meat/sauce in a casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 30 minutes.
