Chili Lime Fish Fry

Ingredients
season the fish with salt and pepper. Arrange 3 dishes, for flour, eggs, breadcrumbs combined with 1T lime zest, 2T chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme. Coat the fish in the flour, then egg and then bread crumbs. Heat 1/4c oil in large skillet over medium to medium high heat. Transfer to 275degree oven to keep warm after frying fillets. Season with salt and lime juice.
