Carmelized Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 med onions, sliced1 tsp Splenda2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1/4 tsp salt6 pork chops
Directions
Cook onion, splenda, and oil in large skillet over low heat 20-25 minutes, stirring often. Stir in water, vinegar, and salt. Set aside and keep warm.
Season pork with salt and pepper. In a little oil, cook chops over medium heat until cooked through (4-5 minutes per side). Serve with onions on top.
