Quick Chicken Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbl. Olive oil1/2 medium onion, chopped1 clove garlic2 - 5 oz. cans cooked chicken breast1 can chopped green chilis (opt)1 pkg taco seasoning1/4 C water1 can yellow corn (undrained)1 can diced tomatoes2.5 C. chicken brothwater as neededcrushed tortilla chips (opt)avocado (opt)sour cream (opt)cheddar cheese (opt)
Directions
Heat olive oil in large dutch oven. Add diced onion and garlic, Cook until tender. Add canned chicken, green chilis (if using) and taco seasoning with 1/4 C. water - simmer until most liquid is absorbed. Add corn (undrained), diced tomatoes, chicken broth and water (if needed) - simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until heated through.
Serve on top of crushed tortilla chips and top with a slice or two of avocado.
Add shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.
