Janis' Dilled Salmon-wich

Ingredients
7 3/4 oz. can salmon (flaked)1/3 c. dairy sour cream (can use 2 T. more, if desired)1/2 tsp. lemon juice1/4 tsp dried dill weed1/4 tsp salt (or less)1/4 c. chopped pecans8 slices thin whole wheat breadLettuce leavesButter
Directions
Combine and chill filling ingredients. Butter 8 slices of bread. Spread 1/4 c. filling each on 4 slices of bread. Place lettuce leaves on each. Top with second buttered slice of bread. Hold together with 2 toothpicks (per sandwich), topped with ripe olive garnish. Cut sandwiches in half diagonally. Enjoy!
