Mother's Tuna-Noodle Hotdish

Ingredients
4 c. cooked noodles (gluten free elbow 8 oz. package)9 oz. can tuna in water1/4 c. diced green pepper1/4 c. diced red pepper1 small diced red onion1/4 tsp. salt8 oz. mushrooms1 c. grated cheese1 c. light sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine one half the cheese with the tuna and add the other ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
