Sweet & Tangy Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's 25% Less Sodium Tomato Soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Directions
This is really great over pasta and chicken. I use 1/2 cup per person (makes 2 servings) so that we get get lots of sauce.
  1. In 2 quart saucepan add soup, water, sugar and vinegar.
  2. Heat to boil, stirring often.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over anything: pasta, chicken, rice or veggies.
Serving size = 2.75 ounces for 4 people or 1/2 cup for 2.
