Ingredients
2 - corn tortillas , 1/2 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup Kraft finely shredded cheddar cheese, one cup shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray tortillas with Pam and place on cookies sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes until crisp. Diveide remaining ingredients in half and top tortillas. Can top with diced tomatoes or salsa (nutrional info not included.)

    Thank you for this recipe. This is how I make mine too. I usually top with fat free sour cream & some salsa. Sometimes I add 1/4 cup of Boca Crumbles. - 10/9/10
