Heck of A Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
10 oz. New York Steak12 oz. Whole Wheat Pasta Noodles6 oz. Mushrooms1 Med. Onion1 Cup Carrots1 Cup Red Bell Pepper1 Beef Boullian CubeSpices1/2 Cup Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt1 to 1/2 Cup Water or Nonfat Milk (depending on your liking for thickness).
Directions
Boil water and add noodles. Cook accordingly. Spray pam on pan. Sear chunks or strips of steak in pan or use George Foreman Grill to sear steak then cut up. Remove steak. Spray pan again and saute all vegetables in pan. Add steak back in, one cup of water or nonfat milk, beef boullian cube, sherry, and yogurt. Add spices to your liking. Simmer for five minutes. Top over pasta.
