6 egg whites1 3/4 cups Oatmeal2 tsp Splenda1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup un-sweetened apple sauce4 scoops whey powder (can use any flavor)1 tsp virgin olive oil1/2 cup raisins2 tbsp sweet coconut1/4 cup pecan1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Drop dough by 2 tbsp servings.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Yields 24 servings.
