Beef Tips and Egg Noodles

Ingredients
2 packages brown gravy mix1 can tomato paste (6 oz)1/2 tsp. seasoned salt2 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil1 pound boneless beef sirloin or beef tipcut into 1/2 inch pieces1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
Directions
In medium bowl, whisk together brown gravy mix, 2 cups water, tomato paste and seasoned salt until smooth. In large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add beef and bell pepper. Cook until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in gravy mixture, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot noodles.
