One cup Kraft Miracle Whip Light2lbs. fresh chicken breast (cooked and diced)1/3 cup pecans (I used whole then crushed them)12 baby carrots sliced thin3 gala apples cored and diced1/2 red onionOne red pepper diced
Serving size two cups, makes four servings
This is a great recipe that fills you up. I eat it without bread.
Bread is not included in the calorie count.
Cook the chicken breast the night before in tight container or aluminum foil. You can season if you want but I didn't. I cooked in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool overnight, dice the next day. Add all other ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours. Enjoy. Even better the next day.
