4-5 russet potatoes, cubedOlive oilSeason salt to tastecracked black pepper to tastepaprika
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cube potatoes and throw into an 8x8 inch glass baking dish. Toss with olive oil to coat. Add season salt, paprika and cracked pepper according to taste. Toss again to evenly distribute.
Bake uncovered in oven for about 45 minutes or until cooked through, stirring once during baking.
