Leftover Sashimi Stir Fry

Ingredients
-Sea Scallops - Raw - 4 large peices-Tuna Sashimi - 4 pieces-Salmon Sashimi - 4 pieces-Yellowtail Sashimi - 4 pieces-1 Zucchini - medium - quatered chopped-onion chopped-garlic - chopped-1 red bell pepper - chopped-lemon juice from 1 lemon - medium size-soy sauce-salt and pepper-water for steaming
Directions
-salt and pepper all fish
-heat oil and add garlic and onions - till transparent
-add zucchini and pepper - cook until just crips
-add fish and soy sauce
-cook until tender - you can add a little water to help steam the fish
-enjoy!
