2 (10.75 oz) cans of Cream of Celery Soup2 cups Half and Half Cream 2 (10 oz) pkgs Broccoli, frozen2 cubes of Chicken Bullion
Steam Broccoli over 2 cups of boiling water on high for 8 - 10 minutes. Microwave bullion cubes and 1/4 cup of water until bullion is melted. (you can mash softened cubes with a fork to speed up the proccess) Remove broccoli from heat and pour out all the water. Mash broccoli in the pot. . Add half & half, celery soup and bullion, mix well and return pot to medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 6, 1 cup servings.
