Ingredients
2- Cans of Corn2- Cans of Black Beans1 - Sm Can of Salsa (any kind you like)3 to 4 Chicken Breast
Directions
Mix Corn, Black beans, and Salsa in a slow cooker. Then add the chicken on top. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
When done cooking, pull chicken apart and mix all together. You can eat this with tortilla chips on top or put in a tortilla wrap. You can even add tomato sauce and sour cream to make a great enchilda filling.
