Vanilla Walnut Protein Cookies

Ingredients
4 tablespoons rice protein powder3 tablespoons of almond butter5 tsp ground flax seed meal1/3 cup of walnuts or pecans1/3 cup of craisins1 tablespoon of ground ginger1 tsp nutmeg1 tablespoon of cinnamon1 teaspoon of stevia1 and 1/2 cup of water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until a paste forms. Form into cookies on a greased baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 400F, until they harden.
